What makes you want to come to work?
I enjoy meeting new people and strive to make a difference. Working within a dedicated team I can provide quality care enabling me to enhance the quality of life for my clients. This makes my job very satisfying as I know I have had a positive impact on the people in our community.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Improving somebody’s hearing has such a big impact on their health and wellbeing. It is knowing that I can make a permanent difference to not just one person, but all the people involved in their life. I enjoy working together with my clients to make this happen by using science, technology, and counselling.
How do you help make your customers smile?
My caring, friendly nature allows me to build strong
relationships with my clients. I strive to provide the best quality of
treatment, in a relaxed environment, enabling my patients to be at ease and
happy with the service I provide.
