Signia CROS Overview

The Signia CROS IX hearing aids are designed to assist individuals dealing with single-sided deafness. The CROS system functions by employing a transmitter placed in the ear with hearing loss to capture sounds from that side and wirelessly transmit them to a receiver located in your other ear. The BiCROS system operates similarly, but it also provides support for any hearing loss you may be experiencing in the ear with the receiver.

These systems are available in different Charge&Go hearing aid styles, including the CROS Pure IX and CROS Silk IX. Both CROS options incorporate Integrated Xperience technology, allowing for seamless Bluetooth connectivity for streaming calls or music directly to your hearing aids.

The CROS devices utilise click domes, just like the Silk IX, ensuring an instant and secure fit. Moreover, they are fully compatible with the Signia App and miniPocket for enhanced hearing aid control and convenience.

The CROS is available in both RIC and CIC models.
