Phonak Virto Hearing Aids / Virto Paradise Overview
An introduction to the Phonak Virto Paradise hearing aids
Launched in May 2022, the Phonak Virto Paradise hearing aids are at the premium technology level, which means they will include all the features this range has to offer. In all honesty, Phonak was due a new ITE custom-made hearing aid style and we predict these additional styles will be accepted well by consumers.
The Phonak Virto Paradise hearing aids combine discretion, a powerful PRISM chip, Paradise technology, and advanced speech understanding. Speech understanding such as soft speech and trying to figure out what someone is saying, from a distance in a quiet listening environment, is challenging for those with hearing loss.
Phonak tackles this with their Speech Enhance technology, created to boost soft speech so you can enjoy, follow, and partake in conversations with colleagues, friends, and family more easily. Your hearing will also benefit from being able to distinguish between music and speech – which means you’ll always benefit from a seamless listening experience.
It is worth mentioning that due to the Paradise hearing aids is a big step up since Marvel, mainly because of their new PRISM chipset – there would be no reason to invest in ITE models from the Marvel range.
For instance, the Phonak M-Titanium and B-Titanium hearing aids are being replaced by the Virto P model.
Phonak Virto Paradise hearing aid’s speech understanding
These custom-made hearing aids are designed to fit in your ear with ease and comfort and also include Phonak’s proven Paradise technology for a premium hearing experience.
As mentioned earlier, Virto P hearing aid’s Speech Enhancer feature can boost soft speech even in those tricky listening environments, so you can always enjoy and partake in conversations easily and more comfortably. Music and speech are also distinguished so your listening soundscape is seamless, crisp, and natural.
Phonak Virto Paradise hearing aids include the PRISM processing chip
One of the main highlights of this range is the chipset. These hearing aids include Paradise’s PRISM processing chip technology giving wearers the power that is needed to support Phonak’s original features and the main source of power for the new ones.
For example, the Motion Sensors. Paradise hearing aids allow you to gain better hearing and sound focus in either walking or running hearing experiences when you are talking to someone else. This technology is designed to improve conversation in noise and movement, as well as natural sound and focus.
The Motion-Sensors have another important role within the technology of Paradise and that is to manage the new Tap Control feature in the digital hearing aid.
What is the difference between Virto M and Virto P hearing aids?
The Paradise platform has improved the processing of sounds made possible with the powerful PRISM chip. In short, there are three noticeable differences from Marvel. The main one is the improved comfort in noise and dynamic range. Speech intelligibility is also better for loud speech in noise and lastly, a better first fit – especially for mild to moderate losses.
Main features of the Phonak Virto Paradise Titanium hearing aids
This is Phonak’s third-generation titanium hearing aid. In fact, they use a titanium shell that is 15 times stronger – ensuring that this model is both durable, light, and ultra discreet.
