How long have you been with the company?
I started here as accounts manager at the end of March 2021. I became the practice manager at the start of 2023 and have really enjoyed my time with Hearing-Check.
What makes you want to come to work?
The practice is like a happy little family. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and always willing to help. I love learning about the audiology industry every day as well as being able to help our patients.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I have always loved working with numbers, so my favourite part of my job is the accounts. I also enjoy managing my Hearing-Check team, liaising with manufacturers, and of course, helping our patients.
How do you help make your customers smile?
I think it is really important to listen to people and understand what they need from me. I always make sure to go the extra mile to help our patients out. The benefit of our private practice is how much time we are able to give our patients.
